The Educator Impact Scholarship
Supporting the professionals who show up every day for young people. Reduced tuition for K-12 teachers, counselors, and school staff ready to add evidence-based youth coaching to their practice.
Built for the people who are already doing the work
Teachers, counselors, and school staff occupy one of the most powerful positions in a young person's life. They are often the first to notice when a student is struggling, the first to offer encouragement when confidence is low, and the first to believe in a young person's potential when no one else does.
The Educator Impact Scholarship exists to honor that commitment and to equip it with something even more powerful: a structured, evidence-based coaching framework grounded in behavioral science, adolescent development, and positive psychology.
Whether you are drawn to the Certified Youth Resilience Coach (CYRC) program or the Certified Youth Behavioral Health Coach (CYBHC) program, this scholarship brings ICF- and CCE-accredited training within reach for the professionals who need it most.
Who qualifies?
This scholarship is available to individuals who are currently employed in a K-12 school setting or who work directly with middle or secondary school-aged students in a professional capacity. Eligible roles include:

The application is intentionally straightforward. We are looking for educators and school staff who are genuinely committed to empowering young people and ready to put coaching skills into practice. Here is what to prepare:

Include a current resume that reflects your professional background and your experience working in or alongside K-12 schools and adolescent-serving settings. There is no required format.
Send your application by email
Combine your personal overview and resume into a single email and send it to us. In the body of your email, indicate which program (CYRC or CYBHC) and which cohort you are hoping to join, and let us know whether you would pay the scholarship tuition in full or use the payment plan if selected.

Reserving your seat after receiving the scholarship
Once you receive the Educator Impact Scholarship, you will need to secure your seat in your chosen cohort by the registration deadline. You can do this one of two ways: pay the full scholarship tuition in full, or submit a non-refundable registration fee to hold your spot. The registration fee is applied toward your total tuition balance.
The registration fee is non-refundable and due by the cohort registration deadline. Failure to submit payment by the deadline may result in forfeiture of the scholarship award and reserved seat.
The $615.83 registration fee serves as the first installment in a 6-installment payment plan. Remaining installments will be outlined in your enrollment agreement.
The $598.57 registration fee serves as the first installment in a 7-installment payment plan. Remaining installments will be outlined in your enrollment agreement.
