Our Lifestyle Medicine for Adolescents course equips coaches with the skills to address health and wellness issues through lifestyle interventions, covering topics like health and wellness goal setting, nutrition, physical activity, stress management, and techniques for sustaining health change. This program is designed for those who have already completed our Courses 1-8 or who have completed their coach certifications elsewhere. Those who have completed Courses 1-8 can add this to earn their Certified Youth Health Coach designation if they meet the minimum eligibility requirements: An associate’s degree (or higher) or 4,000 hours of work experience.

Class Schedule

Review our training calendar for upcoming Lifestyle Medicine for Adolescents classes. These courses are self-guided and include 15 training hours of self-study content over the course of ten weeks or less. International Coach Federation-credentialed coaches may use this training toward Resource Development CE for the maximum 16 hours of self-paced courses allowed for ICF credential renewal.
