It features 11 PowerPoints with speaker’s notes for group sessions, participant and coach’s guides for 11 weeks of 1:1 sessions, alongside coaching activities and a structured program agenda.

What to Expect for Community Courses
Our coaching program curriculum packages are designed to foster resilience and thriving for youth and emerging adults in life, school, and work. Each is designed for delivery as a combination of group and 1:1 coaching. Group workshops include micro-learnings in behavioral science relevant to enhancing mental and emotional health, social and emotional learning, well-being, life, academic, and/or job skills. Coaches support participants through applying weekly concepts directly to their lives during follow-up 1:1 coaching sessions. Programs are designed to be delivered over 10-12 weeks and may be implemented into schools, higher education institutions, juvenile detention centers, churches, community serving organizations, and/or any other setting where you serve.
