One weekly, one-hour group coaching session over six weeks. Group meetings occur live via Zoom meetings and include micro-learnings re: the science of confidence and motivation and discussions for applying those to coachees’ life
- Learning to leverage strengths and build self-management skills to thrive through middle school and high school. Enhancing motivation, confidence, purpose, relationships, effective goal setting and striving, stress management, etc.
One, 45-minute 1:1 close-out session with the assigned Certified Youth Resilience Coach for reflections and plans for success
