Did you know we offer need-based “Full Circle” partial scholarships?

We’ve found plenty of caring adults with a passion to empower disadvantaged youth work in professions that don’t pay as well as they should. Plenty of teachers, non-profit professionals, entry-level professionals, public service professionals, adjunct professors, college students, grad students, retirees, and others would love to earn life coach certifications and support young people, but don’t have the extra income to cover out-of-pocket tuition costs. Most life coach training programs are not covered by financial aid. We offer a couple of partial scholarships per training cohort to address this need. Our partial scholarships allow awardees to complete the virtual Certified Youth Resilience Coach program (Stages 1-4 – $3,200 USD tuition) at the discounted rate of $2,600 USD plus books (Additional 5% fee applies for payment plans. Payment plan becomes a $400 USD non-refundable registration fee followed by 7 payments of $332.85 USD each.). The discounted tuition is covered by YCI. Individual trainees who are a great fit for the program, but need tuition assistance to attend are invited to apply.

While we welcome applications from anyone who meets our certification requirements and has the financial need for tuition assistance, we give priority partial scholarship consideration to “full circle” candidates. Full circle candidates are adults who achieved success in life, education, and career despite their own struggles navigating adverse childhood experiences as an adolescent. These full circle candidates are exemplars to the youth we serve.

SPECIAL COMMITMENT CLAUSE

• I, the undersigned, do hereby understand that Youth Coaching Institute, LLC exists to bring coaching interventions to underserved populations of at-risk and high-risk youth and young adults.
• I understand that as a YCI trainee and certified coach I agree to coach a minimum of one at-risk or high-risk client at a severe sliding scale or pro-bono rate on a need basis, each year my coach certification is active and in good standing.
• I understand this is my contribution to help YCI fill a mentoring gap through science-based coaching for our underserved populations of at-risk and high-risk youth and young adults.
